About me
I have been very familiar with learning languages since my childhood at home and throughout my life.
Growing up with two languages (Arabic at home and German in the community) has given me a lot of experience.
I have studied both languages at universities and abroad.
For more than 25 years, I have been involved in written and oral translation and language teaching in both languages.
At the same time, I have studied other languages at school, university and beyond: English, French, Italian, Hebrew, Spanish and Russian.
I know from personal experience how to learn languages most effectively and quickly.
What I've noticed with myself and my students is that the auditory learning of a language always takes precedence when the students really want to communicate orally.
Language learners often want to be able to communicate directly with their social environment (neighbors, school, work, supermarket, etc.) in the country whose language they are learning.
Very often, the goal is to be able to understand and participate in professional meetings.
This led to my desire to provide audio material to support language learners.
Each audio material is always combined with PDF documents of the text.
I do not use any AI when it comes to material production, neither in the creation of the written materials nor in the audio recordings.
For Arabic and Chinese, the initial focus is on beginner and intermediate levels. The audio material should support dialects (Arabic) or everyday speech (Chinese and Arabic).
For these two languages, there is Chinese-English or Arabic-English recorded audio. In addition, there is the same audio material recorded in the target language only, in case students want to listen to the target language only and not the source language all the time, for example, if they have already made some progress.
